Built for auto dealers·Founder-funded to date

About the company

Who and what.

What does Gladius actually do?

We build the operating system for revenue-intelligence at automotive dealerships: CRM + BDC + Detail + Inventory + Defense on one platform. Gladius CRM is built for auto dealers. Same engine, same data model, same AI brain and same defense layer across the platform.

Who's on the team?

Ricardo Gamon, founder: eight years in automotive retail, including GSM and F&I Director roles. Joshua Yorke, co-founder and COO.

About the market

Size, shape, who else is in it.

How big is the market?

We have not published a sourced market size, so we do not quote one here. We start with US automotive dealerships. Ask us for our assumptions.

Who are the competitors?

CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket and DriveCentric are the established names.

About the moat

What makes it defensible.

What's your defensible advantage?

We are early, so we do not claim a moat we have not built. What we can say plainly: Gladius is made by an operator who worked inside a dealership, it is sold operator to operator, and every plan includes a free migration off the prior CRM.

Why hasn't a CDK competitor emerged?

We do not claim none has. We started with the CRM, the part of a dealership’s software that can be switched on its own, and we expand from there.

About AWAIS

The defense category we created.

What's AWAIS and why does it matter?

Autonomous Web Application Intelligence System. A CRDT mesh propagates new attack signatures across every Gladius rooftop, with a target of 30 seconds. Defense shipped as a product, not a compliance checkbox. See /awais, /awais/mesh, /awais/incidents.

About money

Funding, pricing, runway.

How are you funded?

Founder-funded to date.

Pricing model?

Per dealer, per month: Entry $399, Growth $1,499, Scale $1,869, Enterprise custom. Annual billing is two months free.

Burn and runway?

Specifics shared under NDA. We’re disciplined: Ricardo’s eight years in automotive retail include GSM and F&I Director roles, so cash management is muscle memory rather than a board slide. We’d rather you ask in a real conversation than read a number on a public page.

About the bet

Why this, why now, what kills it.

Why automotive first?

Ricardo’s domain. Eight years in automotive retail, including GSM and F&I Director roles, is operator credibility. The pain is acute, the budgets exist, the alternative is broken, and we already speak the language of the building before we walk in.

What kills you?

Three risks we name out loud: (1) dealers locked into legacy long term contracts slow CAC and stretch sales cycles, (2) a compliance or cybersecurity incident breaks trust faster than we can rebuild it, (3) we run out of capital before ARR hits escape velocity. We mitigate each with switch-tier deals and AWAIS as a first-class product.

About the ask

Whether we're raising and how to talk.

Are you raising?

Not actively running a process. We read every email, and strategic conversations with vertical-SaaS-native investors are always welcome.

How do I get involved?

Email Ricardo directly: ricardo@gladiuscrm.com. Subject line: “Investor inquiry.”

Direct contact

Ask the rest in person.

The fastest path to a real answer is a real email. I read every one personally.
