The rules
The founder will not sell the product on camera. If the word Gladius is said, it is because the dealer said it. Not the founder.
No lower-thirds. No names and titles pinned to the bottom of the frame. If you want to know who is speaking, listen.
No dashboard flybys. No UI close-ups. Not one frame of a screen. This is the floor, not the software.
Everyone on camera is a real employee or a real customer. Consent is pulled before anyone is included. Faces can be excluded on request.
If a deal blows up, we leave it in. If a customer walks, we leave it in. If the founder is wrong, we leave it in. The point is the work, not the marketing.
