What we do
Gladius unifies CRM, BDC, Detail, Inventory, and Defense into one platform for franchise and independent dealerships — plus adjacent verticals in stone fabrication, landscape, and automotive reconditioning. The data model, the AI brain, and the AWAIS defense layer are shared across every product. What changes is the language on the rep’s screen and the integrations behind it.
We don’t sell point tools. We sell an operating system — one place a rep, a manager, or an owner opens in the morning and stays inside all day. Five products. One operating system. One mesh.
The team

Founder

Operations and go-to-market partner. Non-technical by design — the split is deliberate so the build stays sole-coder and the field work stays full-time.
Engineering

Customer success
Every pilot today is onboarded and supported by a founder. The first dedicated CS hire comes when the fifth paying rooftop signs — not before.

Thirty signed pilots — the 30-account sprint. Twenty auto rooftops, ten across the other verticals. Real ARR, real testimonials, real proof.

Multi-vertical OS layer — lift the shared engines across CRM, Turf, Stone, BDC, and Detail into one platform with one rep-passport graph.
Q4 2026
SOC 2 Type II completion. The Type I report and the Trust Center are live today; the Type II observation window closes in Q4.

We’re not running an open hiring pipeline. The team is small on purpose and stays that way until each new seat earns its keep against the next month of pilot revenue. That said, two roles are open in our heads — if you fit, we’ll find the time.
