Membership doesn't require running Gladius. Half the founding seats may go to operators on other stacks. The point is the conversation, not the conversion.
Membership criteria
Active or recent former dealership operator. Floor experience, not consulting-only.
Commit to at least one quarterly call per year. If you can't show up, the seat goes to someone who will.
Confidentiality rule. What's said in the Council stays in the Council. No screenshots, no LinkedIn quoting, no podcast tearbacks without permission.
Willing to give back. Review someone's playbook. Share what's working at your store. The room is reciprocal or it isn't a room.
